TECHNICAL PROGRAMME – REGULATION
CATEGORIES: Under 11 Over 40 Single
1. All the athletes members of Confsport Italia, of a Federation acknowledged by the Federation Internationale de Gymnastique, of Sports Promotion Boards or Foreign Associations, of Clubs and Schools are invited to participate in the event.
2. Each Sporting Association and School can enter with one or more choreographic teams (no more than three of them). Each choreography shall last no more than 3′ e 30″ as for team free gymnastic exercises and/or with small official and unofficial tools; or more than 5′ as for exercises with official and unofficial tools hard to move. The XIV Internationalgym Trophy – XXI Italian Coreography Championship is reserved to teams of artistic and rhythmic gymnastic, general gymnastic in all its forms (aerobic, jazzercise, etc.), twirling, trampolining, modern and contemporary dance, flamenco and sports dance. The above mentioned time limits includes entering and leaving from the gym floor.
3. Each team will be made up of 2 athletes at least.
4. Teams can consist of both female and male athletes.
5. Athletes can also wear outfits different from leotards. Those outfits, however, must let the evaluation of performances.
6. Any kind of incidental music is allowed, even singing.
7. The use of small or big official or experimental tools is allowed. The tools must be provided by Sporting Associations and Schools subject to agreement with the Organizational Committee.
8. Sporting Associations and Schools can perform their choreographies on a 10×10 mt linoleum-coated stage or floor-covering mat.
9. The Event will take place even in case of rain thanks to the availability of an indoor sporting facilities.
10. Each Sporting Association and School shall deliver, in 30 minutes from the beginning of the event, a CD soundtrack of the performance. Each CD must report the name of the Sporting Association/School and the title of the choreography. Each CD corresponds to a single performance.
11. The show will begin on Saturday 16th June in the afternoon.
12. Each Sporting Association and School can test the stage on Saturday 16th June in the morning, subject to agreement with the Organizational Committee.
13. Each choreography selected on Saturday will perform also on Sunday morning.
14. The participation in the XIV Internationalgym Trophy – XXI Italian Coreography Championship is free of charge. Applications must be submitted no later than May, 26st 2012.
Confsport Italia reserves the right to modify the programme according to the amount of registrations.
Α) ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑ
Πέμπτη 14 Ιουνίου: Αναχώρηση ώρα 8 από Αθήνα, ώρα 10 από Χαλκίδα προς Ηγουμενίτσα με στάσεις σε αξιοθέατα κατά τη διαδρομή. Επιβίβαση στο πλοίο ώρα 23, διανυκτέρευση σε καμπίνες ΑΒ4, ντίσκο.
Παρασκευή 15 Ιουνίου: Άφιξη ώρα 8 στο Μπρίντεζι και αναχώρηση προς Σπολέτο με στάση στην Πεσκάρα και Άσκολι Πιτσένο. Δείπνο και διανυκτέρευση στο ξενοδοχείο hotel *** στο Σπολέτο.
Σάββατο 16 Ιουνίου: Πρωινό γεύμα, συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα του Διεθνούς Μήτινγκ. Δείπνο και διανυκτέρευση στο Σπολέτο.
Κυριακή 17 Ιουνίου: Συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα του Διεθνούς Μήτινγκ κι αναχώρηση για Ρώμη, άφιξη στο ξενοδοχείο ***, δείπνο και διανυκτέρευση.
Δευτέρα 18 Ιουνίου: Περιήγηση στην Αιώνια Πόλη. Δείπνο και διανυκτέρευση.
Τρίτη 19 Ιουνίου: Πρωινό και αναχώρηση για επίσκεψη στη Νάπολη. Το βράδυ επιβίβαση στο πλοίο της γραμμής στο Μπρίντεζι, διανυκτέρευση εν πλω, διασκέδαση στη ντίσκο.
Τετάρτη 20 Ιουνίου: Άφιξη τα ξημερώματα στην Ηγουμενίτσα το πρωί, στη Χαλκίδα το απόγευμα, στην Αθήνα το βράδυ, τέλος του προγράμματος.
Αρχηγός αποστολής – συνοδός ιταλικής και ελληνικής γλώσσας.

Β) ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑ
